Who We Are

Tails Beyond Borders Foundation was born at the intersection of science, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Our team comes from art and research backgrounds dedicated to understanding the most vulnerable — those often overlooked by traditional systems.

For years, we studied suffering through data, molecules, and models. But knowledge alone was not enough. We needed action — to turn empathy into infrastructure.

Tails Beyond Borders is our answer.

We are a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, committed to legally sound, urgently needed support for animal shelters in crisis — especially those cut off by political barriers or economic isolation. As scientists, artists, and humanitarians, we believe compassion must cross every border.

We unite the discipline of science with the urgency of humanitarian response — building legal pathways, assessing risk, and documenting every dollar with accountability. We do not just deliver aid; we create systems that protect those otherwise unreachable.

Our work is powered by partnerships and sustained through grassroots donations, private sponsors, and science-inspired campaigns. Every contribution is tracked and reported with one purpose: to support shelters and animals the world has left behind.
