Prospective partners must submit a proposal or inquiry form describing the intended program, marketing plan, donation structure, and timeline.

Use of the TBBF name, logo, or trademarks requires prior written approval and a signed agreement. All promotional materials must be reviewed in advance.

All partner promotions must clearly state the nature of the partnership and the benefit to TBBF (e.g., “10% of proceeds will benefit Tails Beyond Borders Foundation”). Transparency builds trust with donors and customers.

TBBF does not sell or distribute partner products. Our role is to receive donations and collaborate on mission-driven campaigns, not to engage in direct commerce.
