Handmade Pet Bandana Terms
Each bandana is handmade as a fundraising item supporting Tails Beyond Borders Foundation. Slight variations in stitching, dimensions, pattern placement, and appearance are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not defects. Colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Please review sizing before ordering; dimensions are approximate.
Pet Safety & Use
Bandanas are decorative accessories intended for supervised use. Ensure a comfortable fit that does not restrict breathing, movement, eating, or drinking. Do not use the bandana as a collar, restraint, safety device, or attachment point for a leash. Remove during crating or unsupervised use and whenever it could become caught on an object. Discontinue use if damaged or if your pet develops irritation or discomfort.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $6.99, with free shipping on orders of $50 or more. We ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Armed Forces addresses, and international destinations are excluded.
Returns & Exchanges
Sales are final except where required by law or if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Contact orders@tailsbeyondborders.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Do not return items without authorization. TBBF will cover required return shipping for an authorized qualifying return.
