Hand Embroidered Artwork Terms
Each artwork is individually handmade and sold as a one-of-a-kind fundraising item in support of Tails Beyond Borders Foundation.
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in stitching, fabric, texture, and other handmade characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual device displays.
Please review the photographs and approximate dimensions before purchasing. Each listing is for the specific one-of-a-kind artwork shown.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 per order, with free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or possessions, APO/FPO/DPO or other Armed Forces addresses, or international destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
Artwork sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or normal handmade variations. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact orders@tailsbeyondborders.org within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If TBBF authorizes a return for one of these reasons, TBBF will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover required return shipping. Please do not return an item without prior authorization.
Fundraising Purchases
Net proceeds support the charitable mission and programs of Tails Beyond Borders Foundation. Because purchasers receive a physical item in exchange for payment, all or part of the purchase price may not be tax-deductible.
